Join us as we celebrate the FIRST LEGO League Hydro Dynamics season. All South Carolina FIRST LEGO League events are open to the public and free to attend. Everyone is welcome to explore the tournament pits where teams display their research Projects and demonstrate their Core Values. Spectators are sure to enjoy the thrill and excitement of the Robot Game where teams compete to score the highest points using LEGO built robots to solve intricate missions. It’s sure to be a fun filled day!

VOLUNTEERING: All South Carolina FIRST LEGO League events are completely ran by volunteers. Everyone from the check-in staff, the Robot Game queuers, the referees, the judges, on up to the tournament directors volunteer their time. Anybody can make a great volunteer. Volunteers do not need to be an expert in everything FIRST LEGO League. If you’re interested in lending a helping hand, head over to the Volunteering page.

The top thirty percent of the competing teams advance to the state championship. Teams listed in bold advanced to the East State Championship on February 10, 2018 at Waccamaw High School.
